UNIQUE, HAND-CRAFTED MATERIALS

Nathan Cline Knives are made from a variety of steel alloys, carefully chosen for strength, edge retention, and durability. He handcrafts his own Damascus (pattern-welded) steel ingots to create one-of a kind, signature patterns in the metal.

His handles incorporate exotic woods, semi-precious stones, silver, bronze, brass, and copper, often employing custom patterns found only at Nathan Cline. Choose from simple or inlaid wood handles in a variety of colors, stacked leather and veneers, and unique combinations of resin and metals.

Old sawmill blades are a great source of high-carbon steels for knives, and kinder to environmental resources, too.
